How & When do I get paid?
You have 2 options when getting paid.
- We take the payment on your behalf and then forward it to you at the agreed frequency and method
- You can arrange payment yourself directly with the customer. Add your payment method into the description of your product or contact customer directly.
Will my yearly fee increase after year 1?
No, the £20 is fixed year on year

How soon will I get my item?
We ask all sellers to send items out within 3 working days
Do sellers get the full amount I pay?
Yes, buyers get 100% of the amount you pay.
